You may return any of our products for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return please email info@switchupstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return all products must meet the following criteria:

• All returns must be in their original packaging

•The "NO RETURNS IF REMOVED" sticker must not have been lifted, re-sealed or removed

• Products must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging

*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products. 

IMPORTANT DEETS

» We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to return a product to exchange it for a different colour or style, you must return your item and place a new order through our site.

» As a small business we are unable to offer FREE returns at this time, and therefore this expense must be covered by you, the customer.

» Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving your return.

» Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

» We will deduct £4 from your refund total to cover our admin charges

» For orders that quality for FREE shipping please note that a further £3.99 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

» Any returns that do not meet the criteria above will be shipped back using the original shipping method

Express Shipping: £3.99

**Standard UK shipping is FREE when you spend £75 or more

International Shipping Options:

Tracked International Shipping to Europe: £12.99

Tracked International Shipping VIA TNT to USA, Africa and Rest Of The World: £24.99

All orders are shipped either the same day or the next working day Mon-Fri. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours over the weekends and busy periods.

Domestic Delivery Times (United Kingdom):

Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

IMPORTANT: 

If you require your order for the weekend, please order by 3pm on Thursday to guarantee that you will receive your order by Saturday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders placed on Friday using our Express delivery service will be delivered on Saturday. 

If you order with Express Shipping on Sunday, please note your order will be delivered on Tuesday. 

International Delivery Times:

Tracked delivery to Europe: 3-5 business days

Tracked delivery to USA, Africa and Rest Of The World: 5-7 business days 

From March 1st 2022 we will be using Royal Mail for delivery of all our orders to the U.K.

We are a British company and all of our products are shipped directly from our HQ in the U.K where your items are hand-picked and packed with care, positive vibes and a whole loada boss babe energy! ✨
