Returns & Exchanges

You may return any of our products (Excluding Non Lace Front Wigs) for a refund within 14 days of receipt. 

*Kindly note the following non lace front wig styles can not be returned for hygiene reasons, as stated on their respective product pages: Lucia, Jessika, Marcia and Zara. 

To initiate a return please email info@switchupstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return all products must meet the following criteria:

• All returns must be in their original packaging
• The "NO RETURNS IF REMOVED" sticker must not have been lifted, re-sealed or removed
• Product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging
• The lace must not have been modified in any way

*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products. 

IMPORTANT DEETS

» We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to return a product to exchange it for a different colour or style, you must return your item and place a new order through our site.

» As a small business we are unable to offer FREE returns at this time, and therefore this expense must be covered by you, the customer.

» Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of us receiving your return.

» Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

» We will deduct £4 from your refund total to cover our admin, transaction & re-packaging costs

» For orders that quality for FREE shipping please note that £3.99 (plus our admin charge) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

» Any returns that do not meet the criteria above will be shipped back using the original shipping method
