From the 1st March 2022 all deliveries to the U.K will be made by Royal Mail.

Europe & Rest of the world:

International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail until they leave the U.K.

Once they have left the U.K they are passed to a partner who will be responsible for making the delivery. This partner varies from country to country and therefore we are unable to advise on the specific courier.

You may return any of our products (Excluding Non Lace Front Wigs) for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

*Kindly note the following non lace front wig styles can not be returned for hygiene reasons, as stated on their respective product pages: Lucia, Jessika, Marcia and Zara.

To initiate a return please email info@switchupstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return all products must meet the following criteria:

• All returns must be in their original packaging

•The "NO RETURNS IF REMOVED" sticker must not have been lifted, re-sealed or removed

• Products must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging

*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. In order to initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please send us an email to info@switchupstyle.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will then supply you with a returns address.

2. Package up your parcel in the original packaging and post to the returns address.

3. Always obtain proof of postage and we highly recommend you use a tracked or signed for service as we will not be liable for any parcels lost on their way back to us.

Our wigs are made from the highest quality synthetic fibres available on the market. We have created an exclusive processing technique that gives you the closest look and feel to human hair, without the price tag!

The longevity of your SUS wigs will be determined by how you care for them and how you store your wig. Synthetic wigs can last anywhere from 1 month – 6+ months with adequate care. TIPS for getting the best out of your SUS wig:

1. Always remove your wigs before you sleep

2. Store your wigs on a mannequin head to maintain its shape, if you don’t have a mannequin head your wig can be stored in either a satin bag OR in the original hair net and laid in the packaging box your wig came in, this will the wigs natural shape and protect it from any dust or dirt.

3. Synthetic hair does not need to be washed often and washing too often can lead to shedding and shortened life span. To read more about how to correctly wash your synthetic wigs please refer to the product card that came with your wig.

4. We don’t recommend using oils or thick styling products on your wigs as this will promote product build up, however we do recommend using silicone based hair products that can help reduce tangling and prevent hair from drying out.

Yes. All SUS wigs are heat safe up to 200°c (390°f). For optimal and best styling results we recommend you use 160-170°c.

Unfortunately, because our wigs are made out of synthetic fibres they CANNOT be bleached, toned or dyed another colour. Please DO NOT attempt to do so as this will cause shedding and massive damage to the product.

1. PRE-WASH: Gently finger comb throughout the wig working from the ends to the roots to remove any tangles from the fibres. You can use a wide tooth comb to help with this providing you are gentle. TIP: Do not use a standard brush on the hair as this may lead to shedding and do NOT pull or drag the fibres. It is essential you are gentle whilst de-tangling.

2. PREPARE: Fill your sink or large bowl with cold or lukewarm water. Mix a tablespoon of wig shampoo formulated for synthetic fibres or sulphur free shampoo. TIP: Never use hot or boiling water at this will damage the fibres and cause shedding.

3. WASH: Immerse the wig in the water and swish it from side to side gently, to remove any grease or product build up. TIP: Be gentle on any hand-tied areas of the wig cap as this area is the most fragile.

4. RINSE: Rinse the shampoo out of the wig in cold water until the water runs clear.CONDITION: Conditioning is optional and is not essential. Very lightly spray your wig with conditioning spray, spraying 10-12 inches from the hair. Alternatively you can use a conditioner formulated for synthetic wigs. Apply the conditioner to the fibres, stroking downwards from roots to ends. Leave in for 5 minutes before immersing back into the water to rinse clean.

5. TOWEL DRY: Place the wig between a folded towel and pat dry. NEVER squeeze, rub or wring your wig while drying.AIR DRY: Shake the wig to regain its style. If the wig is curly you can use your fingers to re-style. Allow the wig to air dry. TIP: Do not blow dry, but allow to fully air dry. For straight style wigs once the hair is dry, you may use a blow dryer on a cool setting to sleek the hair and minimise any flyway’s. This is an option step & isn’t essential.
