This blend of fibres, is a brand new market innovation that looks, moves, and feels like real hair for a fraction of the price. With superior heat resistance, double the softness, and twice the lifespan, SynFlex™ is revolutionizing the hair game.
With care and depending on frequency of wear, our wigs and ponytail extensions will last 3-6+ months.
Care Instructions:
1. After wear and removal, gently comb through the hair and store away from dust and dirt.
2. Always brush hair from the ends gently moving upwards to remove tangling.
3. Do not over wash - hair should be washed every 10-15 wears.
4. Heat style up to 180°c - do not exceed.
Yes. Our SynFlex™ hair is heat safe up to 190°c (374°f). For optimal and best styling results we recommend you use 160-170°c.
Curling Hair:
Ensure you hold the curls in your hand (or pin) and wait for them to fully cool before removing in order to set the new style.
No, unfortunately our hair can not be dyed or chemically altered.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Lace must not be cut or altered
- Ponytail safety seal must remain intact
Due to hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable. These are clearly marked on the product page.

- Returns must be sent at your own cost
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For orders with free shipping, £3.95 will be deducted from your refund
- We do not offer exchanges at this time
