UK Express Delivery: If you require your order for the weekend, please order by 1pm on Thursday to guarantee that you will receive your order by Saturday.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders placed on Friday using our Express delivery service will be delivered on Saturday.
If you order with Express Shipping on Sunday, please note your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Switch Up Style is a company based in the UK and therefore for our local customers, all taxes are included in the price you see on our website.
For our valued international customers, unfortunately customs policies vary widely from country to country and Switch Up Style has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are unsure on what these charges may be, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, this information will be updated on our system and you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Alternatively, you can login to your account and find your tracking number & order information.

Our Products
Developed by our founder and exclusive to SUS, our hair is made from SynFlex™ technology. This blend of proprietary fibres, is a brand new market innovation that looks, moves, and feels like real hair for a fraction of the price. With superior heat resistance, double the softness, and twice the lifespan, SynFlex™ is revolutionizing the hair game.
The longevity of your SUS wigs and ponytail extensions will be determined by frequency of wear and how you care for them.
Our SynFlex™ hair can last anywhere from 1 month – 6+ months with adequate care.
TIPS for getting the best out of your SUS products:
- Always remove your wigs and ponytail extensions before you sleep.
- Store your wigs on a mannequin head to maintain its shape, if you don’t have a mannequin head your wig can be stored in either a satin bag OR in the original hair net and laid in the packaging box your wig came in, this will the wigs natural shape and protect it from any dust or dirt.
- We recommend storing your ponytail extensions on a hanger away from dust and dirt.
- Our SynFlex™ hair does not need to be washed often and washing too often can lead to shedding and shortened life span. We recommend washing our products as needed or approximately every 10-15 wears.
- We don’t recommend using oils or thick styling products on your wigs and ponytail extensions as this will promote product build up, however we do recommend using silicone based hair products (such as leave in conditioner or a small amount of hair oil on the ends) that can help reduce tangling and prevent hair from drying out.
Yes. Our SynFlex™ hair is heat safe up to 190°c (374°f). For optimal and best styling results we recommend you use 160-170°c.
Curling Hair:
Ensure you hold the curls in your hand (or pin) and wait for them to fully cool before removing in order to set the new style.
Unfortunately, because our wigs are made out of fibres they CANNOT be bleached, toned or dyed another colour. Please DO NOT attempt to do so as this will cause shedding and massive damage to the product.
Unfortunately due to our wigs being made of premium fibres you cannot bleach the knots of your wig. Please DO NOT attempt to do so as this will cause shedding and massive damage to the product.
In order to get a completely natural and undetectable wig install you can use a foundation or powder that matches your scalp colour and apply to both the inside & outside of the cap on the lace parting area. Wearing a nude wig cap underneath your wig will also help to give the illusion of ‘bleached knots' for a seamless look.
All of our products can be washed. Please follow our washing guidelines closely in order to avoid any damage. Note, do not over wash. Wash as needed, or approx every 10-15 wears.
- PREPARE: Fill your sink or large bowl with cold or lukewarm water. Mix a tablespoon of wig shampoo formulated for synthetic fibres or sulphur free shampoo. TIP: Never use hot or boiling water at this will damage the fibres and cause shedding.
- WASH: Immerse the wig or ponytail in the water and swish it from side to side gently, to remove any grease or product build up. TIP: Be gentle on any hand-tied areas of the wig cap or ponytail base as these areas are the most fragile.
- RINSE: Rinse the shampoo out of the wig or ponytail in cold water until the water runs clear.
- CONDITION: Conditioning is optional and is not essential. Very lightly spray your wig or ponytail with conditioning spray, spraying 10-12 inches from the hair. Alternatively you can use a conditioner formulated for synthetic wigs. Apply the conditioner to the fibres, stroking downwards from roots to ends. Leave in for 5 minutes before immersing back into the water to rinse clean.
- TOWEL DRY: Place the wig/ ponytail between a folded towel and pat dry. NEVER squeeze, rub or wring your wig/ponytail while drying.
- AIR DRY: Shake the wig/ponytail to regain its style. If the wig/ponytail is curly you can use your fingers to re-style. Allow the to air dry. TIP: Do not blow dry, but allow to fully air dry. For straight style wigs/ponytails once the hair is dry, you may use a blow dryer on a cool setting to sleek the hair and minimise any flyway’s. This is an option step & isn’t essential.
All of our wigs have been made ready2wear and super simple to install even if you are a wig newbie! Check the steps below:
- Simply braid your natural hair down, (the flatter the better as this will help the wig to lay flat)
- Cut the excess lace around the hairline of the wig.
- Apply a wig cap and position your wig.
- Once you have your wig on you can adjust the straps in the back of the cap to fit your head snuggly and secure the clips inside the cap for maximum security.
Our wigs are designed to be worn glue-less, HOWEVER if you want to use any form of adhesive to ‘lay your lace’ we would recommend either Got2b gel by Schwarzkopf or Bold Hold extreme cream.

You may return any of our products (Excluding Non Lace Front Wigs or products included in our sample sale) for a refund within 28 days of receipt unless marked as final sale on the product pages.
*Kindly note the following non lace front wig styles can not be returned for hygiene reasons, as stated on their respective product pages: Lucia, Jessika, Marcia and Zara.
To initiate a return please email info@switchupstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number.
To qualify for a return all products must meet the following criteria:
- All returns must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition
- All accompanying inserts must be returned in their original packaging
- Product must not not show any signs of wear
- The lace must not have been modified in any way
- For ponytail extensions, the safety sticker must not have been removed or tampered with
*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to hygiene laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products.

» As a small business we are unable to offer FREE returns at this time, and therefore this expense must be covered by you, the customer.
